We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. 

What We Offer



  All residence/employees receive one Free Personal Training Assessment. The assessment will include a physical assessment questionnaire to determine any health risk, BMI testing and Body Fat Testing. The assessment also includes an initial workout to determine your individual fitness level for the purpose of program design, if you choose to continue with a trainer.  In, addition we offer on-site yoga, nutrition, health coaching and life-coaching. 

On-Site PT

   When you're ready to take the next and most rewarding step in your fitness journey, our trainers are ready to get you into the best shape of your life.  Our training programs consist of the following:

  • Program flexibility (work with your trainer 3-12 times per month)
  • 55 minutes of total workout time 
  • Program Design for Non-Training Days 
  • Nutritional guidance 
  • Monthly Evaluations including measurements/Body Fat and BMI testing. 
  • 24/7 support

Free Group Exercise Classes

Residents will be invited to attend free group workouts (fitness center occupancy limits may  apply). These workouts are introductory based and designed for folks of all fitness levels.  Workouts incorporate cardio and strength training components.  You get to have fun, network with your co-residents, and enjoy a great workout on us! 

Resident/Employee Appreciation Day

Stop into your fitness center on Resident/Employee Appreciation Day and enjoy a complimentary healthy snack, free Body Composition measurement, and take a strength test to see where you stack up to the national averages for your age and gender!  

Quarterly Health News Letter

Every quarter, you will be included in a circulation from our Founder and CEO.  The Newsletter will educate you on a current health related topic and provide you with information you can apply in everyday life to ensure you're living a healthy lifestyle.
